All installations are backed by a labor warranty. If any workmanship defect causes a system failure, we return to repair it at no charge. This covers wiring, mounting, connections, and system configuration performed by our technicians.
All equipment we install is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Security cameras, NVR/DVR systems, intercom panels, and access control equipment from Hikvision, Dahua, Aiphone, and other brands carry manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the product.
