Follow up on leads generated by door knockers, Google Ads, and inbound calls. Conduct on-site security assessments, present quotes, close deals. You'll sell security cameras, intercoms, alarm systems, fire alarms, structured cabling, and TV installation. Knowledge of low-voltage systems is a plus but not required — we'll train you on the technical side.

Install, service, and maintain security camera systems — 4K IP, HD analog, NVR/DVR, PoE wiring, active deterrent, and PTZ cameras. Work on residential brownstones, apartment buildings, commercial properties, warehouses, and construction sites across NYC, Long Island, and Hudson Valley.

Install and repair video intercom systems, audio intercoms, key fob entry, card readers, electric strikes, mag locks, and elevator access control. Work on apartment buildings, co-ops, condos, commercial offices, and gated communities.

Install fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, heat detectors, pull stations, and fire alarm panels. Experience with FDNY plan filing, central station monitoring hookup, and NYC fire code compliance. Multi-dwelling residential and commercial buildings.

Install and service burglar alarm and intrusion detection systems — wired and wireless panels, door/window sensors, motion detectors, glass break sensors, and central station monitoring. Residential and commercial properties.

Pull, terminate, and certify Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cabling. Build patch panels, server racks, cable trays, and network infrastructure for offices, commercial buildings, and data closets.

Professional TV wall mounting on drywall, brick, plaster, and concrete. Cable concealment, in-wall wiring, soundbar installation, and AV setup. Residential homes, apartments, offices, restaurants, and bars.

Learn the trade from experienced technicians. Assist with security camera installations, cable pulls, equipment mounting, ladder work, and job site cleanup. No experience required — we train you from day one. This is a hands-on career path to becoming a full technician, not a dead-end job.
