Problem: Vinegar Hill sits directly beneath the Manhattan Bridge. B/D/N/Q subway trains cross the bridge every 3–5 minutes during rush hour, creating sustained vibration in buildings on Water Street, Washington Street, and Front Street. TVs mounted with standard hardware loosen and shift.
